Cheryl Cole debuts tattoo for her new video

She's known for her love of body art, having already undergone around eight tattoos, including a sprawling back inking which took a whopping 11 hours to complete.

And now it appears that Cheryl Cole has added another tattoo to her ever growing collection.

The Girls Aloud star debuted the etching as she released a teaser clip of her music video for new single Call My Name earlier today.

But she gave more than a glimpse of the track when she unveiled a large new inking on her bottom

The singer, 28, showed off her figure as she sauntered around in a pair of tiny hot pants and high heels during the promo.

And during one part of the new 53-second clip Cheryl shows of her derriere with an expansive new jagged design running down the back of her thigh.

Cheryl has previously shown off a tattoo on her left bottom cheek and the new body art appears to stem from her old design.

She gave a small glimpse of the jagged design when she wore a pair of tiny shorts to LAX airport last month head of filming the new video in Los Angeles.

And now fans have been treated to a better view after she wriggled around in a tunnel for the track.

She has previously unveiled tattoos including a tribal design on her hand, a barbed wire design around her right thigh, as well as the words Mrs C on the back of her neck.

And she showed off a large inking on the base of her back at the National TV Awards last year.

She said of the procedure at the time: 'The sitting itself was pretty painful but I was determined to get it done in one hit. I didn’t cry once.'

Cheryl first gave a glimpse that the video for her new single was set to be a sultry affair when she set about filming the promo in a sexy pair of hotpants last month.

And now that the full version of her highly anticipated track, Call My Name, is about to be released tomorrow, Cheryl has posted the teaser clip online, including the view of her new inking.

Ever the fan pleaser, the Girls Aloud star has sent excitement into fever pitch by releasing the footage.

And she certainly looks her best throughout as she writhes around in a tunnel wearing a pair of revealing leopard print shorts, which showed off her toned legs.

Cheryl can be seen sauntering into the tunnel wearing the tiny get-up, which she matched with a floral print crop top and bright jacket.

She flings her toned body back as the camera zooms into her pert derriere and thighs.
